What you need to run the weekly pay run, and what it costs to find out. Opening the account itself takes one email address and about thirty seconds. Own-domain booking is coming for pilot.
What it costs to start
Nothing. Every booking in your first 14 days carries no fee, no card is needed, and after that it is 3% of each paid, completed booking, invoiced weekly — with no subscription to cancel if you stop.
What we will need from you
- The staff pay rates the weekly pay run should apply
- Who you pay, at what rate, for which completed sessions. This is what the product on the site does today.
- Last week's sessions, if you have them
- A spreadsheet is fine. Importing them means the first pay draft is not empty.
- A domain — coming for pilot
- The address a booking page will run on, when that stretch ships. Not required to start the pay run, and there is no live booking page on this site today.
- A merchant account — coming for pilot
- Yoco, Paystack or PayFast, in your own name, when those rails ship. Guests will pay you directly — we never hold their money. Not connected on the public site today.
