Every completed session becomes a pay line at your configured rate. Anything the system cannot resolve is flagged for a person, never guessed at. This is the product on the site today.
Approval seals the period: each record is paid at most once, ever, and anything that arrives late rolls into the next open week instead of reopening a closed one. A week that nets negative for someone carries the shortfall forward rather than writing it off.

One line of pricing
3% of each paid, completed booking, never more than R165 (US$10) on a single booking. The same published rate on every channel once that channel is billed. No subscription, no setup fee, no integration fee, and the first 14 days carry no fee at all.

Above a R5 500 ticket the fee stops climbing, so the effective rate falls. A competitor on a flat 3% keeps charging: on a R16 500 booking that is R495 against our R165 on that one booking.

- AdventureOS charges 3% of each paid, completed booking. The fee on any single booking stops at R165 (about US$10) — that is a ceiling per booking, not a monthly total, so ten bookings that each reach it are ten separate R165 charges. There is no subscription, no setup fee, no onboarding fee and no integration fee, and the first 14 days carry no fee at all. Invoicing is weekly, in arrears, one line per billed booking — the same rhythm you already pay staff and referral agents on. A quiet week costs nothing.

- No. Cancelled, refunded, no-show and weather-held bookings are never billed. A booking is billed only once payment into your own merchant account is confirmed and the session has been completed, after its undo window closes. Guest checkout and South African payment rails are coming for pilot — the fee rule is published now so the price cannot move in silence.
- Does AdventureOS hold my guests’ money?
- No. AdventureOS is not a payment processor and never holds guest funds. Paystack on your own merchant account is the first rail being wired — a test secret can be pasted for a private trial. It is not a live public checkout today. Yoco and PayFast stay later. When a rail is live, guests pay you directly and we invoice only our fee, weekly in arrears, with one line per billed booking.
- Is there booking and operations software built for South Africa?
- AdventureOS is built in South Africa by XEQT (Pty) Ltd and billed in rand. Paystack is the first South African rail being wired on your own merchant account; Yoco and PayFast stay later. None of those connections is a live public checkout on this site today. Among the international platforms reviewed, one supports a single South African gateway and the rest support none.
- Does the crew app work without a signal?
- Not yet. An offline crew view is part of the booking stretch and is not live today. None of the ten platforms reviewed has a confirmed offline crew app.
- What happens to a booking that arrives after the pay period has closed?
- It rolls into the next open period rather than reopening a closed one. If a period nets negative for a staff member, the shortfall is carried forward to the next period instead of being written off, so the money is neither lost nor paid twice.
